This past weekend, along with a couple of my girlfriends, I went to the Rusty Scupper in Baltimore for my favorite meal of the day, which is brunch of course 🙂 Just in case you missed my first weekend recap about this place, you can check it out here. The location of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful! It is on the Baltimore waterfront and I absolutely love anything near a body of water.
Now back to our brunch experience. We actually made it on time, this time for our reservation. The service was pretty good. Everyone was friendly. The food was nice and warm. My favorite items were the made to order omelettes seasoned with old bay, the breakfast potatoes (which I am sure were seasoned with old bay as well), and of course what is brunch without mimosas?! My friends loved the prime ribs and peach bellinis. But we all agreed this isn’t our favorite brunch spot. Maryland is known for crab cakes and they did not have any on the brunch menu or many dishes with crab meat ingredients. Overall the food was ok, but we would come back just to enjoy the beautiful view.
Of course I made a mini vlog to share my experience. Check out the footage here:
After brunch we went to the beauty supply store and made a rest stop at Subway the restaurant before finally heading home.
Did you do anything fun this weekend? If so I would love to hear what you did this past weekend in the comment section below.
